Project Astra Studio provides Website-as-a-Service solutions including website design, hosting, maintenance, and support. Specific service levels, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in the client proposal or subscription plan selected.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Clients pay an agreed setup fee and recurring monthly subscription. Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the website we create for them. Project Astra Studio retains ownership of any underlying code, templates, or proprietary systems until full rights transfer is expressly agreed in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content required for the website. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
6. Limitation of liability
Project Astra Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
